Return and Exchange Policy

You may return your merchandise for credit to your credit card or you may exchange for another item within 30 days of receipt. Repack the item(s) in the box your order was shipped in, or something comparable, and return the package to Union Street Skateboards.

Shipping and Handling

We DO NOT accept C.O.D.’s on return items. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Thank you for your support.

Skate Decks, Wheels, Trucks and Hardware

• All decks, wheels & trucks must be un-skated and in like-new condition
• Once a deck has been assembled, it or its parts cannot be returned or exchanged
• Union Street Skateboards does not replace broken decks or decks with pressure cracks
• Exceptions will exist if there is a manufacturer defect with Decks, Trucks & Wheels.

Defective Merchandise

Warranty Information

All Union Street Skateboards manufactured products are warranted against delamination and/or manufacturing defects for the useful life of the skateboard. If you feel your skateboard or components were defective, you may send it back to us, at the following address, freight prepaid. We will inspect it and let you know of our findings. If we decide your skateboard was defective or failed to give reasonable service, we will replace your deck with a similar, available skateboard of the same or better condition and pay for the shipping back to you.

If our experienced inspector decides your skateboard was not defective and that you just broke it, you will be informed and asked if you want your skateboard sent back to you COD, or destroyed. Before returning a skateboard to us for inspection, please be aware that all wooden decks can be broken as a result of landing a trick incorrectly.

Please contact Customer Support to alert us that you have a potential warranty issue before sending in your skateboard.

Retail Stores

Merchandise purchased in a Retail location must be returned or exchanged at the same location. Online purchase may be returned or exchanged using the return form.
